Neuropsychological assessment
A careful look at how you think.
We assess memory, attention, language and reasoning to answer a clear question and guide what comes next, for adults and older adults.
An assessment turns questions about memory and thinking into clear answers, and a plan.
We start with what matters to you, choose the right tests for the question, and explain what we find in plain language. Choose an area below, or if you are not sure where to begin, try our service finder or call us on 0452 452 262.

From first contact to report
Interview
We start with a conversation about your history and what you would like the assessment to answer.
Testing
Standardised tasks looking at memory, attention, language and reasoning, with breaks. Most assessments take 6 to 15 hours in total.
Scoring
We score and interpret the results, and bring together what they mean for your question.
Feedback and report
We talk you through what we found and give you a written report, with practical next steps.
“A careful assessment turns uncertainty into a clear, practical plan.”
Support & rehabilitation
Living well with change
Practical, evidence-based support to manage changes in memory and thinking.
We offer cognitive remediation and memory strategy training: practical, everyday ways to support memory, attention and thinking, at home, at work and in study. This often follows an assessment, building on what it found.
