You get an acknowledgement email

As soon as your request reaches us, you will receive an acknowledgement email, so you know it has landed.

We review it personally

Your enquiry is read by our team and a psychologist, who confirm fit, likely fees and the next available step.

We reply within two working days

We reply by email within two working days (Monday to Friday) to arrange next steps, and may send a secure intake form from our practice software, Cliniko, to complete beforehand.

Please complete and return your forms before your first appointment; it protects your appointment time for the conversation that matters.
